Another, Another

Another day another rhyme

Perhaps it will make make sense

at another time

Another day another poem

Perhaps the start of a prominent tome

Perchance to dream is not a crime

Another day another letter

Perhaps in time it shall get better

If it's in the grand design

Another day another word

Something somewhere that I heard

or maybe read upon a sign

Poem for Today

I guess I should create my poem for today.
The only problem is I don't know what to say.

There aren't any tragedies currently coming my way.
There's no love interest I'm keeping at bay.

Family drama has thankfully gone far away.
Work issues, as always are just part of the fray.

No natural disasters are causing dismay.
No crisis of faith upon which to pray.

I guess I should create my poem for today.
Usually, that's not an issue as with words I love to play.
