Not Just A Home For Lint

Joined from inception,
Your journey begins
at it's intersection
with your wondrous host.
Neglected often;
it's purpose long forgotten,
That place we call the navel
is not just a home for lint.
Miraculously
that small indentation
or
protruding sensation
has made you
who you
are.
