Work That Body

Sit ups, crunches, planks and poses
raise those legs no easy goes it
move that body
invest the time
growing old is not a crime
but not investing in your
body and mind
most certainly is.

Work that body
move it about
bend and stretch
beyond all doubt
every unwanted jiggle
all those parts that 
used not to wiggle
Make them firm so
you can giggle
about how great
you are.

Fix your body
your mind
your soul
Work that body
is your goal
see a  new suge
of life unfold
Leave behind
that unwanted mess
embrace your inner
happiness
