Change

I don't like change
unless I change it myself
I don't like progress
unless I think it really is
I don't like feeling
as if it's all moving too fast
I don't like wondering
if it's going to truly last

The more things change
the more they stay the same
I've always found
that statement kind of strange
Change is change and
the same is the same
How we perceive it
shows us who to blame

I don't like change
