It's amazing how truly loud
a quiet conversation can be
Sitting silently while other speak
is definitely not easy
Any noise above a whisper
but decidedly less than a roar
makes a mumble, mumble mumble
that you truly can't ignore
Maybe it's because we're nosy
or it's common curiosity
